Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a vehicle from Horsepower Heaven.
Accuracy of Information: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle descriptions, images, availability, or pricing. All information is subject to change without notice.
Vehicle Availability: All vehicles are subject to availability. In the event of an unforeseen issue with stock, we will notify you and attempt to provide an alternative solution.

2. Vehicle Pricing

Price: All vehicle prices listed on our website or communicated to you are final prices, excluding taxes, fees, and additional costs for optional services, insurance, or customization.
Down Payment: A 50% down payment is required to initiate financing. The remaining balance will be financed over 5 years with a 3% interest rate.
Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, and financing options. All payments must be cleared before the vehicle is delivered.

3. Financing Terms

Down Payment: Customers are required to make a 50% down payment.
Interest Rate: Financing terms include a 3% annual interest rate on the remaining balance.
Duration: Financing is available for up to 5 years (60 months).
Approval: All financing applications are subject to approval based on creditworthiness.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver vehicles within 7 working days after purchase confirmation.
Shipping Method: All vehicles are delivered using an enclosed trailer for maximum safety and protection during transit.
Tracking: A live GPS link will be provided so customers can track their vehicle’s location during delivery.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is included at no additional cost within our delivery area. For out-of-area deliveries, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Vehicle Care: Customers are responsible for maintaining the vehicle after delivery, including regular servicing, insurance, and keeping the vehicle in good condition.
Documentation: Customers must provide all necessary documentation required for the purchase and financing process, including valid ID and proof of residence.

6. Limitation of Liability

Horsepower Heaven is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of the vehicle, including, but not limited to, loss of use, business interruption, or loss of profits.
Vehicle Condition: While we take great care in ensuring the quality of our vehicles, all used cars may show signs of wear consistent with their age and mileage. Customers should conduct thorough inspections before completing the purchase.
